WATER AEROBICS CLASSES
By popular request, classes are 1 hour long!
The natural buoyancy and resistance of water provides an effective environment to "work out" in with less joint stress. Water Aerobics is a great way to burn calories, build muscle, and improve flexibility. Principles of land running, Pilates, (core strengthening), Yoga, and Tai Chi are all incorporated into a fun water workout for total body conditioning. Exercising in water is pleasurable, comfortable, refreshing and invigorating!
Bonnie Rubinstein is a trained, certified instructor with the Aquatic Exercise Association, the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
The Water Aerobics classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6 pm. If you would like to join us for a one-time free trial of this class during our current session, you are welcome to do so. Please let us know in advance. Course fee is $175.
